Join the African Businesses Association (ABA) as a Non-Executive Director. We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic guidance, oversight, and expertise to help shape the future of ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight.
  • Ensure good governance and compliance.
  • Attend Board meetings and participate in decision making.
  • Provide oversight and scrutiny of financial management and reporting.
  • Support the development of ABA's strategic plans and policies.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Advocate and fundraise: promote African Business Association mission and support fundraising efforts.

Meetings

Our trustee board meetings take place at least 10 times a year. In addition, you may also be expected to participate in sub committee meetings, other special projects and fundraising events.

Job Benefits
