This is an opportunity to join a values-led, system-leading organisation with a turnover of c.£32 million and a workforce of around 950 colleagues. You will work alongside a committed Board and executive team to provide strategic oversight, challenge and support, helping them respond to growing complexity across housing, health and care. They are now seeking to appoint three new Board Members to strengthen their governance and support delivery of their ambitious Strategy 2025-30, focused on increasing impact, integration and long-term sustainability.

The roles:
- A qualified finance professional with strong financial and audit expertise and a housing development professional with Registered Provider experience for the Audit & Risk Committee.
- A senior HR or organisational development leader for the People, Pay & Culture Committee.
