The predicted salary is between 26400 - 26400 £ per year.

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181 bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

Hourly pay rate: £12.71 dependent on age.

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering great customer service on reception within the hotel. Alongside the Night Team Leader and team, you will be a key part of the smooth running of the hotel during the night, assisting with reception duties, while also helping to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across reception and public areas.

What are we looking for?

A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do. A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on customer service, our products and tailored selling. Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
