- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates to clients about patient status.

- Prepare accurate treatment plans with cost estimates.
- Mentor, develop and lead the team to improve skills and performance.
- Promote and share clinical best practice within the practice and across Medivet.
Qualifications and Experience
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience in emergency and critical care.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality care to patients and clients.
- Strong teamwork and clinical leadership skills.
- Experience supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Effective coaching and influencing skills to develop colleagues.
- Experience implementing a progressive clinical culture.
