Future Inns is a small chain of 4 hotels located in South Wales and the South West of England, covering Cardiff Bay, Bristol City Centre, and Plymouth. We provide comfortable accommodations with Canadian beds, conference and meeting facilities, restaurants and bars. We offer amenities for corporate and leisure guests and have built a reputation for affordable, high quality hospitality.

The Role

We are currently looking for a Night Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead your shift in the absence of the Night Manager. Your duties will include reception, night audits, maintaining security of the hotel, guests and grounds, and ensuring the hotel and conference centre is ready for the next day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead nightly shift operations in the absence of the Night Manager
  • Perform reception duties and conduct night audits
  • Maintain safety and security for guests, staff, and property
  • Prepare the hotel and conference facilities for the next day

Qualifications

  • Experience as a receptionist in a hotel environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
  • Organised, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and team-oriented
  • Reasonably fit to meet job demands
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database usage
