Night Service Assistant Location: UK-Newcastle upon Tyne

Overview

CRM Oxford House 36 hours per week - 7pm - 7am either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts £25,178.40 per annum Central Newcastle

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk and respond to any of the student's enquiries
  • Maintenance tasks to include unblocking sinks, toilets, shower traps, replacing door lock batteries
  • Helping with summer turnaround of rooms
  • Assist with check in and check out of our student's rooms
  • Ensure the communal areas are clean and tidy and well maintained
  • Get involved with our famous wellbeing and social events
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for our students

Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.

Qualifications

  • You'll need to be computer savvy, switched on and approachable and of course a night owl.
  • Some experience in security will give you the edge.
