Cheval Knightsbridge are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our luxury serviced apartments. Our apartments are situated in various locations around the Knightsbridge village, each boasting its own personality and style of decor. Our Front Office team is at the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional, five star service and creating memorable moments that reflect the quality and elegance of our brand.

As our Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, secure, and enjoyable stay from the moment they arrive until departure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing check ins and check outs
  • Allocating apartments
  • Supporting guest account management
  • Providing tailored information, recommendations, and assistance throughout their stay
  • Responding to queries and resolving concerns with professionalism
  • Ensuring the building remains safe, calm, and secure for all guests
  • Completing night audit reporting
  • Ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions
  • Reconciling accounts and preparing handover reports
  • Handling enquiries and processing payments
  • Generating bills and maintaining a reassuring presence during quiet hours

Qualifications:
