We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for a Night Reception Supervisor to lead our night operations and support both guests and the wider hotel team.
What You'll Do- Guest Services & Leadership
- Lead the night reception team to deliver excellent guest service
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries
- Handle guest issues or escalations in a calm and professional manner
- Night Operations & Security
- Oversee hotel safety and security throughout the night
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and ensure all areas are secure
- Act as the key point of contact for any incidents or emergencies
- Night Audit & Administration
- Complete and review night audit procedures accurately
- Ensure all financial and operational reports are completed on time
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure smooth system close-down
- Handover & Communication
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to the day management team
- Ensure all relevant updates, issues, and actions are communicated effectively
- Support continuous improvement of night processes and standards
- Experience in hotel reception, night audit, or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate others
