With 354 bedrooms, award-winning food and drink outlets and an electric energy, Sea Containers London is a destination where glamour meets brutalism. This is your London anchor on the River Thames. We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Night Manager to oversee our hotel operations during the night hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Location: London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the night team, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any issues that arise during the night promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor the hotel's security protocols and handle emergency situations as they arise, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits of the property to ensure everything is in order.
  • Manage and report on any incidents or accidents, and provide necessary follow-up.
  • Prepare and review reports on nightly activities and important occurrences for senior management.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and that any guest requests are accommodated.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £36,153 + Service Charge
  • Guest experience including dinner and drinks
