Responsibilities

You'll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
