Responsibilities
- Be present in the lobby when required to greet and assist guests in a polite and friendly manner in line with our LQA & AA Standards
- Ensure that all ad‑hoc information provided to the guest is correct and reliable
- Be familiar and up to date with hotel offers and services (special packages, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of guests at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and use available knowledge in order to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a positive approach at all times, especially when handling any issues or guests
