Hotel Manager role at Travelodge Bangor on a full time or part time basis. Lead, coach, and motivate hotel teams and manage hotel operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personal development plans for team members.
  • Recruit and induct new team members.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standard (if working in a Bar Café hotel).
  • Maximise food and beverage sales by cross selling and upselling (if working in a Bar Café hotel).
  • Analyse customer feedback to produce targeted action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned using company best practice.
  • Report and oversee any repairs or maintenance needed.
  • Manage rota, banking, and health & safety.
  • Drive awareness and engagement for incentive schemes.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, engaging, and welcoming by nature.
  • Previous experience leading a team in a customer facing service industry.
  • Food and beverage experience advantageous for a Bar Café hotel.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment and deliver objectives through team.
  • Results focused and comfortable with KPIs and scorecard targets.
