Concept Resources is recruiting a part time cleaning operative to work within a high street banking environment in Newry. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 11:00am, 10 hours per week

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE

Duties Include:

General cleaning of banking offices and customer areas
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
Cleaning touchpoints and communal areas
Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the site
Opening/locking the building where required

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Must be comfortable lone working
Must be comfortable acting as a keyholder and using alarm systems where required
Good reliability and timekeeping essential
Candidates must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction
Candidates will be required to use a telephone based time and attendance system
