About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a polished, professional, and welcoming service that embodies the luxury ethos of The Nici.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and guest-focused.
