About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a polished, professional, and welcoming service that embodies the luxury ethos of The Nici.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, approachable, and guest-focused.
