Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) Pharmacy is pleased to offer the opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Pharmacist in Production and Aseptic Services. This is a key position where you will work with the Principal Pharmacist to manage and oversee production and aseptic services, ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant products for our patients.
You will be part of a talented and dedicated team, working collaboratively to advance our services, drive innovation, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards. Main duties of the job:
- Support the Principal Pharmacist in managing the aseptic service at RGH, ensuring safe and effective manufacture of medicines across ABUHB sites.
- Contribute to service planning, development, and delivery in line with operational strategy, through leadership of professional and technical staff.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, patients, carers, and partner organisations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and all relevant standards and guidance.
