What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking high quality fresh food to a consistently high standard.
  • Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Helping manage stock levels and minimise waste.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or experienced cook.
  • Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and great food.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and team focused approach.
  • Someone excited by the opportunity to help build and develop a thriving food business.
