Main Duties:
- Act as point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors
- Provide clear information to staff and visitors in person, over the phone or by email
- Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Respond to emergencies
- Deal with conflict appropriately if required
- Write up incidents to the standard expected by management
- Carry out ID checks
- Be vigilant to health and safety risks
- Work on own initiative
- Ensure the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members
