  • £15,232 - £16,184 per annum based on an FTE of £28,561 - £30,345 per annum
  • 20 hours per week

About the Role

  • Lead coaching and performance development of the College 2nd Netball Team competing in the Ao C Premier League and National Cup
  • Support the delivery and ongoing development of Hartpury's netball programme
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Netball Academy Manager
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment focused on student-athlete development
  • Assist in the growth and success of the Netball Academy
  • Help maintain and enhance Hartpury's reputation as a leading netball provider in the education sector

About You

  • Passionate and motivated netball coach with experience working with talented athletes in performance or educational settings
  • Holds a minimum UKCC Level 1 Netball Coaching Qualification (First Aid qualification desirable)
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to player development and coaching excellence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to both coaching and administrative duties
  • Dedicated to upholding Hartpury's values and contributing to the continued success and growth of the netball programme
