Our client is looking for a reliable Loading Shovel Operator to start tomorrow in Needingworth.
Duties
- Precisely scooping materials from excavation areas or stockpiles using the loading shovel.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks effectively, adhering to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
- Perform daily machine checks, reporting defects, and maintaining operational records.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's licence appropriate for operating heavy machinery.
- Experience operating excavators is highly desirable, along with familiarity with other agricultural or construction machinery.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay & Hours
The role is paying £22ph on a 10 hour day. The hours will be 07:00hrs to 17:00hrs.
