GoGoMeds is seeking experienced full-time Patient Support Specialists (CSR) to join our talented team. Duties will include:
- Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Process patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support and train peers as needed
- Comply with all state and federal laws
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
- Work in multiple computer systems and support multiple platforms
- Display passion for and responsibility for the customer
- Display a passion for what you do and a drive to improve
- A strong drive to complete tasks and accomplish goals
- Dependability, punctuality, and accountability
- Strong multitasking, problem solving, and prioritising skills
- Strong stress and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- At least 1 year of previous call centre experience
- Previous experience in a medical office/facility
- Background in healthcare/medical terminology
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtained prior to the first day of employment)
- Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)
