Are you passionate about heritage, driving commercial success and visitor engagement?

The Museum is seeking an exceptional Deputy Front of House Manager to work with Visitor Experience and Visitor Welcome & Retail Assistants to ensure the safe, welcoming and commercially focused operation of our Front of House services. Working with the Front of House Manager, you will lead the Front of House teams with a focus on visitor engagement and commercial activity. You will motivate and drive teams to achieve sales, KPI and donation targets. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Museum, working calmly and effectively under pressure, and ensuring that the Museum's mission, values and reputation are consistently delivered across all visitor touchpoints. This role will require weekend working.
