We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to our Value Added Services department, committed to providing first class service to our customers. This is a fast paced warehousing environment with ample opportunity to grow and develop.

Day to Day
- Be the main point of contact for business customers using SAP for production, manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
- Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
What will you bring?
- Previous experience working in an administration role
- Experience working with SAP production system would be advantageous but training will be provided where necessary
- Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
