We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Bar Manager to lead drinks operations across three high-energy padel venues in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced, social environments and enjoys being at the heart of sport, community, and events. Our venues combine premium bar experiences with the fast-growing sport of padel, creating dynamic spaces where guests come to play, socialise, and celebrate.

As Multi Site Bar Manager, you will take ownership of the drinks operation across three sites, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability. You will manage and develop a team of Bar Supervisors, oversee day-to-day service standards, and play a key role in delivering exceptional events and activations. This role requires strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to move confidently between venues while maintaining high standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Service
    • Oversee daily bar operations across three London padel venues
    • Ensure exceptional service standards and guest experience
    • Maintain consistency in drinks quality, presentation, and speed of service
    • Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and wastage
    • Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Bar Supervisors
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training
    • Drive performance, accountability, and team engagement
    • Produce effective rotas aligned with trading patterns and labour targets
  • Commercial Performance
    • Deliver strong GP margins and cost control
    • Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Support seasonal menu development and drinks innovation
    • Maximise revenue through events, tournaments, and private bookings
  • Events & Activations
    • Oversee drinks operations for tournaments, corporate bookings, and private events
    • Ensure seamless service during peak trading periods
    • Contribute to creating a vibrant, energetic social atmosphere across all venues

About You

  • Proven experience in multi-site or high-volume bar management
  • Strong leadership experience managing supervisors or assistant managers
  • Commercially astute with strong stock and margin control knowledge
  • Passionate about hospitality, sport, and social experiences
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and confident working across multiple locations
  • Personal Licence holder (preferred)
