What you will be doing:

  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again
  • Arrange customer bookings in the workshop
  • Advise customers on parts
  • Liaise with the sales team to meet new and used motorbike preparation
  • Costing work and raising invoices

What we need from you:

  • A strong passion for motorcycles
  • A full "A" motorcycle licence (would be an advantage)
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Proficient IT skills and preferably previous experience with DMS systems, e.g. Kerridge
  • Ability to deliver and sell retention products
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
  • Committed to providing the highest quality of customer service

Hours: 45 hours per week

On Target Earnings (OTE): OTE up to £34,200
