What you will be doing:
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again
- Arrange customer bookings in the workshop
- Advise customers on parts
- Liaise with the sales team to meet new and used motorbike preparation
- Costing work and raising invoices
What we need from you:
- A strong passion for motorcycles
- A full "A" motorcycle licence (would be an advantage)
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Proficient IT skills and preferably previous experience with DMS systems, e.g. Kerridge
- Ability to deliver and sell retention products
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Committed to providing the highest quality of customer service
Hours: 45 hours per week
On Target Earnings (OTE): OTE up to £34,200
