Site Manager required for an upcoming project in central Leeds. Approximate start date is mid to late June 2026 and work should run for 12-18 months.
Scope of works is the conversion of an existing office building into a reputable, branded hotel - you will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing labour, subcontractors, and health & safety and ensuring compliance is up to date.
Applicants must have recent hotel refurbishment experience, in addition to the following tickets:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- Asbestos Awareness
