A leading UK Facilities Management provider is currently seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to support three key sites - two based in Derby and one in Wakefield. Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Work on a range of M&E systems including BMS, fire alarms, HVAC/air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and prioritise workload across multiple locations effectively.
- Ensure all compliance and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Proven experience in building services / facilities maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to mobile nature of the role).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Basic salary up to £42,000.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
