We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Scheme Manager to join us at Litslade Farm, our learning disability residential care home supporting 8 adults with diverse and complex needs.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced service where no two days are the same. You will bring creativity, energy and leadership to a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support, including PEG feeding, diabetes management, stoma care, hoisting, and full personal care. Many of the people we support are non-verbal, so compassion, respect and person-centred practice are at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead with Empowerment: Inspire, guide and empower a skilled team of Support Workers and Waking Night Workers, ensuring they have the confidence, tools and motivation to deliver exceptional personalised care.
  • Champion Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, health professionals and external partners to create seamless support journeys and positive outcomes for every individual.
  • Promote Inclusion and Respect: Create a culture where every person - staff or resident - feels valued, respected and able to contribute. You will actively embed inclusive practice into daily operations and decision-making.
  • Provide Compassionate, Confident Management: Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, annual leave, sickness cover, and recruitment. You will also complete staff inductions and occasionally provide weekend managerial cover to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
  • Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement: Review support plans, lead change, identify opportunities for development and encourage innovative ideas that enhance the lives of the people we support.

What You Will Receive
