We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and more. What You'll Be Doing

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Coordinating with contractors for maintenance or repair issues
  • Managing deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, including full inventory reports

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK

Driving Requirements

  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic only licences are not accepted)
