Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to maximize sales and achieve targets while ensuring first‑class service to all customers. The role provides full autonomy within the branch and support from the local management team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve branch sales, margin, and targets.
- Ensure first‑class service to all customers.
- Lead the branch team with a focus on great customer service and communication while achieving sales and promotional targets.
- Manage and control branch operating costs.
- Control stock, including stock‑taking and adjustments.
- Handle cash and specific customer account controls.
