What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the service team and general paperwork
  • Process service and repair documentation and raise invoices once work is completed
  • Liaise with customers via telephone, purchase orders and servicing
  • Respond to customer queries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with obtaining customer authorities
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer purchase orders
  • Regular college attendance to achieve a formally recognised qualification (NVQ)
