Job Summary

As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, handling both inbound and outbound calls to support patients with enquiries, encourage screening appointment attendance, and deliver accurate information about diabetic eye care.

Hours

  • Full time 8 hour shifts between
  • 8am-8pm
  • (on a rota basis), Monday to Friday, plus

1 Saturday per month (8am-12pm) .
