About the role:

As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
  • Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.

Full training will be provided for this role.
