We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Morecambe. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently.
- Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs; promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.
- Keeping customers informed on their vehicle’s progress and any additional work required.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the service department.
- Processing invoices and payments accurately.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
What we offer
- A competitive basic salary of up to £28,090.45 per annum (dependent on experience), concluding to £36,890.45 per annum including OTE.
