General Dynamics Land Systems is looking for a Learning from shop-floor competency-based training all the way through to leadership development programmes, including managing funding arrangements with provider partners/government.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with the relevant functional Managers to ensure all training requirements are being met and recorded.
- Coordinate annual TNA of functions in order to collate into a whole Org training plan.
- Support management of centralised training budget, exploring funding options.
- Manage online training programmes, and develop the use of LMS.
- Support ISO audits and accreditation.
- Provide monthly reports to Managers and employees detailing current training status and goals.
- Partner with the Enterprise Excellence Team in CI activities and initiatives.
