Senior MEP Design Manager Ilford, Essex £90,000 We are working with a MEP Design & Build Subcontractor based in Ilford to find a MEP Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who has worked as either an Electrical or Mechanical Design Engineer up to a Senior or Associate level and who has experience of leading a multi‑skilled team to deliver residential and commercial projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who sees themselves as a true all rounder who can lead a team well.
The role itself is incredibly varied – you will be managing the team, working with clients and also spending time out of the office on site when needed.
The typical MEP project value here is around £10 million, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable at this level.
A lot of their projects are new builds, so experience here as well is a big plus.
