Free Onsite Parking

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Benefits: Pension scheme, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an extra day for birthday (or the nearest working day). The entitlement will increase by one day per year up to a maximum of 25 days.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales order processing, and production support – perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately using internal systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Track orders from start to finish and keep customers updated
  • Support production planning, scheduling, and packaging coordination
  • Manage paperwork, works orders, invoicing, and documentation
  • Maintain records, pricing, and stock alignment
  • Handle queries, complaints, and build strong customer relationships
  • Support quality checks and continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Sales Admin role or Order processing
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams
  • Comfortable with systems (ERP/CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask
