Size Group now seeks a Project Surveyor to join our Country Houses commercial team.

The Role

As a Project Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of our construction projects while working under the guidance of a supportive and experienced commercial team. This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, building confidence, autonomy and exposure to higher value projects. Previous high end residential experience is not essential; however, a strong interest in quality focused construction and a desire to develop within a premium environment is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial management of the project
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting and preparation of cost reports and CVRs
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, payment notices and record keeping
  • Support procurement activities, including issuing enquiries, tender
