The Role
As a Graduate Building Services Manager (M&E), you will play a key role in supporting the Building Services team to oversee the design, coordination, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across a large scale residential project. You'll liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to help ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating MEP services throughout all stages of the refurbishment project.
- Work closely with subcontractors, designers, and site teams to ensure building services are installed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
- Help review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor progress on site, support quality checks, and help resolve day to day issues related to MEP services.
- Contribute to site meetings, track actions, and support effective communication between project teams.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover documentation to ensure seamless project completion.
About You
- A recent graduate in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Interested in high end residential projects and motivated to learn how building services integrate into complex refurbishment work.
- A strong communicator with the confidence to work with designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Attentive to detail and have a willingness to problem solve in a practical, hands on environment.
