Profile: Our client is very successful within the water hygiene / treatment industry, delivering the full range of Legionella / Water hygiene duties to a range of Healthcare, Educational, commercial, and Local authority clients. Due to rapidly growing business, they are now looking to recruit a motivated Water Hygiene Engineer based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience within a water hygiene role, undertaking TMV servicing, temperature monitoring and showerhead descales across a range of clients.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Will hold experience working within the legionella / Water Hygiene industry.
  • Will hold extensive knowledge of the ACOP L8 guidelines.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

The Role:

  • Undertaking the replacement, repair and servicing of TMV and shower heads.
  • Carrying out analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
  • Ensuring that all works are being carried out within ACOP L8 and relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • Undertaking routine temperature monitoring and sampling.
  • Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
