A growing UK main contractor delivering complex healthcare and modular construction projects is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor as part of its next phase of growth.
This is a regional, delivery-focused role, supporting multiple live and upcoming projects across the North of the country.
The opportunity
You'll be joining a business that is:
Scaling rapidly, with a strong forward order book
Delivering technically complex projects in regulated environments
Investing heavily in safety, people and long-term capability
Building a safety culture that's on a journey - not a tick-box exercise
The role
Regional H&S support across multiple live sites
Working closely with site teams, delivery managers and senior leadership
Influencing behaviours and standards in fast-paced environments
Supporting both construction delivery and post-completion operations
Regular travel and occasional overnight stays required
What they're looking for
Background in construction before moving into Health & Safety
12+ months experience.
NEBOSH Construction (Diploma support available)
Confident, pragmatic and able to challenge when needed
Approachable, relationship-driven, but not a pushover
Comfortable in businesses that are growing and evolving
Happy with a hands‐on, site-facing role
