Flame Health Pharmacy are delighted to be working confidentially in partnership with a leading independent community pharmacy group to recruit a Pharmacist Manager for their thriving Chorlton branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist or a newly qualified pharmacy professional looking to step into management within a highly supportive, well‐established environment.
You will lead a stable, friendly team and play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care and NHS/private services, while driving continued business success within the local community.
The Role
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medication, exceptional service delivery, and full compliance with GPhC and NHS standards.
- Work closely with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers, nurturing professional relationships and seeking new opportunities for service expansion and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the day‐to‐day operations of the pharmacy.
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services to a high clinical standard.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with patients and local healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC and company SOPs.
- Supervise, motivate, and support an experienced dispensary and counter team.
- Identify new business and service opportunities to help grow the branch.
About You
- GPhC‐registered Pharmacist (essential).
- Passionate about patient care and community health.
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware.

- Ability to commute or relocate to South Manchester.
