We're looking for a passionate, people‐first General Manager with proven casino leadership experience. You will lead a high‐performing, inclusive team – coaching, inspiring, and creating a culture where everyone thrives. You will champion first‐class customer service and drive engagement across every part of the operation.

This role calls for commercial sharpness and creative thinking. You will keep an eye on the competition, spot opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to life – whether through gaming, hospitality, or entertainment. You will also build strong relationships across the wider business, influencing stakeholders and contributing to our evolving strategy. You will also be a visible advocate for Safer Gambling, setting the standard for your team.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Casino Leadership: Proven experience managing a casino, with a valid Personal Management Licence (PML).
