As a Careers Advisor & University Counsellor, you'll provide personalised guidance, lead university and college applications, develop career pathways, and help students build the confidence, skills, and independence needed for life beyond education.
What you'll do:
- Deliver 1:1 careers guidance and transition planning
- Support UCAS, college, apprenticeship, and employment applications
- Organise employer encounters, university visits, and careers events
- Build partnerships with education providers and local employers
- Help students identify strengths, explore opportunities, and achieve positive destinations
What we're looking for:
- Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting young people into education, training, or employment
- Knowledge of SEND, SEMH, and/or ASD support
- Passion for empowering young people to succeed
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £25,800-£30,800
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm (Term Time Only)
