Role and Responsibilities

  • Content and Employer Brand Application: Translate employer brand strategy into clear, practical content and materials for use across the organisation, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and storytelling. Provide input into templates and hiring materials to ensure alignment with employer brand standards. Partner with Internal Communications on alignment of employer brand content with internal messaging and priorities. Support External Communications with employer brand content where relevant to corporate storytelling.
  • Careers Site (Content and Experience): Manage and maintain the careers page, in collaboration with Global External Communications and Recruitment Marketing, ensuring it is up to date, engaging and aligned with our employer brand narrative. Support development of careers site structure and user experience from a brand perspective.
  • Reputation: Maintain employer brand presence on platforms such as Glassdoor. Monitor feedback and inform strategic decision making. Coordinate with External Communications on content planning and timing where employer brand activity intersects with corporate campaigns. Ensure employer brand content reflects internal priorities and messaging in partnership with Internal Communications.
  • Measurement and Insight: Support tracking of employer brand metrics through channels (engagement, perception, content performance). Support reporting and analysis.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with Internal and External Communications teams to ensure consistent application of employer brand across channels. Work closely with Recruitment Marketing to ensure employer brand is effectively applied in campaigns and hiring materials. Provide input on messaging and tone for job ad templates and hiring content. Coordinate across functions to support consistent application of employer brand.

  • Experience in communications, brand or employer brand.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Practical, delivery-focused mindset.
