Management Trainee Hospitality (m/f/d) – London, United Kingdom. Full-time. The program starts from 30 September 2026 and is based at Motel One London-Tower Hill. The trainee will rotate between three hotels (national and international) over 12–18 months to gain hands-on experience in all operational departments. Mentors provide guidance, and there are projects to help develop leadership potential.

What you will do

  • Rotate through all operational departments – from Front Office to Housekeeping to F&B Service – and learn what true hospitality means.
  • Actively contribute to daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape the guest experience.
  • Develop leadership skills by supporting and observing managers, assisting with team coordination and motivation, and taking on leadership projects.
  • Receive mentoring and feedback throughout the program with a personal development plan and regular review sessions.
  • Attend internal trainings and workshops at the Motel One Campus, build a professional network, and prepare for a future leadership role.

What you bring

  • A completed degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Business Administration or a comparable diploma from a tourism school.
  • Analytical thinking, strong quality awareness, and a high level of service orientation.
  • A structured, independent, and team-oriented working style.
  • At least 1 year of operational experience in various hotel departments; initial leadership experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility regarding location and willingness to travel.
  • Strong social skills, open and communicative personality, and a positive attitude.
