Starting as a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.

Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems. You will be working within a multi‑million‑pound restaurant and managing a team of 80 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is open to people who have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer‑focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.
