We are seeking a Senior Scientist II (Project Leader/Principal Investigator) - LC-MS/MS Bioanalysis (PK/PD)/Responsible Scientist to lead LC MS/MS bioanalytical studies, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and successful study delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as scientific lead for LC MS/MS bioanalytical studies conducted under GLP and GCP
- Oversee method development, validation, and sample analysis
- Review and interpret analytical data to ensure quality and compliance
- Lead investigations into analytical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure studies meet regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Act as primary scientific contact for clients
- Prepare, review, and approve study documentation and reports
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in LC MS/MS method development and validation
- Understanding of sample preparation techniques and analytical workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot issues such as matrix effects, sensitivity, and assay variability
Qualifications and Experience
- MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field
- 5 to 10 or more years of LC MS/MS bioanalysis experience
