What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of motorcycles - from commuter bikes to high-performance superbikes
  • Completing all work to high safety and retail-ready standards
  • Conducting road tests where required to confirm quality and performance
  • Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control, and the wider aftersales team to maintain workshop efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate job records and completing work within agreed timeframes
  • Taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Mechanic OR strong automotive mechanical experience with transferable skills
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
  • Safe and professional workshop practices
  • Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Desirable

  • Multi-brand or dealer workshop experience
  • Full motorcycle licence
  • MOT licence or MOT testing experience
  • Interest in developing further technical qualifications
