We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using outstanding local produce. This is a hands-on role for a chef who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and wants to keep learning.
What you'll be doing:
- Running your section with confidence and attention to detail
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
- Assisting in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, consistently
- Working collaboratively across the kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences
