Pay: Up to £13 per hour (inclusive of enhancement when performing management duties)

Hours: 20 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Team Leader, you'll play a key part in the day to day success of the store, including:

  • Leading and supporting your team to hit store targets.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and handling queries professionally.
  • Keeping shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Assisting with stock deliveries and backroom organisation.
  • Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
